1. On Site Check-In Reporting for Service Providers
    1. Now Service Providers can check in at service calls to alert users that they have arrived. This helps track the progress towards completion as well as helps to coordinate getting techs where they need to be.
  2. Additional Contacts Additional Functionality
    1. It’s now easier to add additional contacts to service requests. When submitting a Service Request you can select a user in your organization from a dropdown, rather than having to type in their information every time. This should make it easier to keep your team informed.
    2. The “Contacts” section of the Service Request Detail Page also shows now even if there were no additional contacts added when initially submitting the Service Request. This means that you can retroactively add someone to keep them up-to-date!
