North Iowa Community Credit Union has partnered with Equips for the management of branch equipment. As part of the service offering, Equips will manage the dispatch, escalation, and resolution of all maintenance tasks using NICCU’s preferred Service Provider, ensuring the Credit Union’s resources can focus their time on members—not equipment maintenance. Under Equips’ comprehensive management platform, NICCU’s members will benefit from better customer service and improved equipment up-time.
Since the beginning of the partnership, it has been fun working with NICCU’s CEO and COO. Scott and Susan want to make their Credit Union better not just for their staff but for their members as well!
