As part of our effort to seamlessly transition former Great American Insurance clients to our equipment maintenance program, we are pleased to welcome Vicki Paluszynski to the Equips team. Vicki comes to us with over ten years of equipment management experience, focusing primarily on financial equipment.

She will join Equips as an account manager, but will transition to the underwriting team, where she will support our clients’ program renewals. The business model of Equips is one that Vicki is very familiar with and recognizes the value it brings to financial institutions.

“I’m a big fan of organization and the efficient use of time, so just the key essence of the product itself is probably the most satisfactory part of my job. Being able to coordinate multiple service contracts from multiple vendors with different renewal dates, into one agreement, while still allowing clients to use their same vendors (or try out new ones!) just makes sense to me. I love when a customer really understands and embraces the program to its full advantage,” said Vicki.

When she begins her new role with Equips on July 30th, Vicki will become our second bot. Like our Executive Vice President, Beth Gettig (pictured left), Vicki will work remotely, but she will use technology that allows her to be integrated into the day-to-day happenings at our headquarters in Brookfield, WI.

Vicki will be able to “roll” around the office as needed to participate in meetings and interact one-on-one with colleagues.
