What I really love about Equips is how simple it is for customers to begin placing a service request. In the following paragraphs, I am going to show you exactly how to do it.
New Platform for Placing Service Request
If you are more familiar with the old version of Equips, you are probably accustomed to being able to place a service request in about 45 seconds. With our newest version of the program, you can place a service request in only 15 seconds! The first thing you are going to want to do is sign into your account. From there, you will notice a button at the very top that says “Start service request”. You can go ahead and give it a good click. From there you will select the location of the equipment that needs maintenance.
