How to attach files to a service request

Attaching files to service requests allows you to store important documents and photos pertaining to the request. To attach a file to a service request, follow these steps:
  1. Create a note by clicking the Add note button button on any Service Request
  2. Click the Attach a file button  icon
  3. Select the file(s) you would like to attach
  4. Type any relevant information in the text box
  5. Click Save
