How to add a note

Notes allow you to track important information and communication about work in a place where everyone can see it! Notes can also store reminders, files, and mentions

To create a note click the Add note button button on any Service Request.

When a note opens you have the option to type any important information, attach relevant files, link to other Service Requests, mention relevant users, or create a reminder for a future date.

Notes create email updates to users who are subscribed as well as those who have been attached to the service request. You can change who can see a note by changing the “Visible To” section from “Everyone” to “My Organization.”
