How to create a service request

By default, all users can create service requests (or work orders), but admins can change this so requests require admin approval. If admin approval is required, users can create service requests for admins to approve or deny. 

Who can use this feature?

  1. From your dashboard, click Start Service Request
  2. Select the Location for the request. (To submit a request on a specific asset, select the asset under Equipment or click + to add a new asset.)
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Select the frequency of the request. For one-time service, select Just Once, or select another option to the right for Recurring or Preventive Maintenance
  5. Title the request. 
  6. Add a Description of the problem and upload any supporting details, such as photos.  
  7. Click Submit
