How to cancel a service request

Follow these instructions to cancel a Service Request. The associated provider will automatically be notified of the cancellation. 

  1. Under Service, click View Requests from the dropdown menu
  2. Select the service request you would like to cancel
  3. In the top-right corner, click thecancelbutton
