How to add a checklist to a service request

Checklists allow users to check off tasks as they complete them. Checklists can be created as service requests for users to complete on a regular basis or added to a service request. To add a checklist to a service request, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start Service Request or open an existing service request
  2. If starting a new request, select the Location and Equipment and click Continue
  3. Scroll to Checklist on the left side
  4. Click Add a Checklist
  5. Choose a checklist from the list or click to create a new one
